For patients with renal insufficiency and heart failure, the maximum volume of injected fluid is 50-100 ml/day.

 

Course of treatment - 4 weeks.

 

 

In case of chronic obliterating arterial disease is administered intraarterially (with the help of infusion device) 10-20 µg for 1-2 hours 1 time a day. If the drug is injected through a fixed catheter, infusion is performed for 12 hours in a dose of 0.1-0.6 ng/kg/min (5-10 µg).

Symptoms

Alprostadil can enhance the effect of hypotensive drugs, vasodilators and antiangibles. Simultaneous use of Alprostadil in patients taking anticoagulation drugs (anticoagulants, antiaggregants) may increase the likelihood of bleeding.

In combination with cefamandol, cefoperazone, cefotethan and thrombolitics, the risk of bleeding increases.

Adrenomimetics - epinephrine norepinephrine - reduces vasodilating effect.
