Returns Policy

We accept the goods back and refund the paid value if the following requirements are met:

The product is unused, the marketable condition is preserved, the integrity of the packaging and protective seals is not violated;
The product must not be heat-sensitive, we do not accept heat-sensitive goods back;
Return shipping cost is paid by you.

The term for returning the goods is up to one year from the date of receipt of the goods, but provided that the remaining shelf life of the goods is at least 6 months.

Return of goods is not required in the following cases:

The goods were damaged during transportation. Please take a video of unpacking the package if the appearance of the package makes you suspicious.
We sent the wrong product (it happens, we are ordinary people and also make mistakes).
In these cases, you do not need to send the parcel back, we will refund the money no questions asked. You can dispose of the parcel in accordance with the rules for the disposal of medicines, or you can dispose of the goods at your discretion.
